Terms of Service

By accessing or using G2X Games, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, which form part of the terms governing your use of G2X Games.

G2X Games is a digital marketplace operated by Zapscal Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka.

G2X Games acts as a digital intermediary and reseller of game accounts/keys, software licenses, and shared game access. We are not the developer, publisher, or platform owner of the games or software listed on our store.

Game titles, descriptions, screenshots, ratings, and other catalog information displayed on our storefront may be obtained from public third-party sources or APIs for catalog and informational purposes.

Your use of any activated game or software remains subject to the applicable end-user license agreement and the terms of the relevant publisher or platform, such as Steam, Ubisoft, Epic Games, EA, Xbox, Battle.net, or Rockstar Games. We do not control those third-party platforms or their policies.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use G2X Games.

Certain mature-rated (18+) titles require you to confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement before purchase or access. This is based on your self-declared confirmation, and we do not independently verify your age using government-issued identification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

G2X Games supports sign-in through email and password, Google, and Discord. Optional two-factor authentication and passkey (WebAuthn) authentication may also be available to help protect your account.

Self-service account deletion is not currently available through the dashboard. To request account deletion, contact [email protected] from your registered email address. Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

G2X Games offers different fulfillment models, which are identified on the applicable product listing:

Depending on the product, you may receive an exclusive, single-use product key or a dedicated account intended for your individual use.

You may receive shared account credentials for offline, single-player use only. These accounts may be shared among a limited number of customers.

Games accessed through shared accounts can generally be played normally in offline mode, and local game saves can be used to maintain your progress. Our product instructions and documentation may provide specific guidance on configuring and using local saves where required.

Shared accounts are notintended or licensed for online multiplayer, online account synchronization, cloud-save features, or other online features that may require the shared account to connect to the publisher's or platform's online services.

Attempting to use a shared account for online play or other unsupported online features may interfere with the shared account or your local game data and may result in loss of progress, synchronization issues, account restrictions, or other unintended effects. G2X Games is not responsible for such issues resulting from use outside the supported offline configuration.

You must not change or attempt to change the shared account's password, email address, security settings, account information, or other settings related to account access or security. Unauthorized changes may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

To protect offline shared accounts from unauthorized resale, credential sharing, and simultaneous use, we enforce a strict one-device activation limit for each applicable shared license.

We use an advanced device verification system to verify that access requests are coming from the authorized device. Before revealing shared credentials or retrieving a login code, our system may collect and process technical device information as described in our Privacy Policy.

If your device cannot be verified due to a technical issue, device change, or other verification failure, you may be required to complete a device enrollment reset process. In some circumstances, a temporary security waiting period may be applied before a new device can be enrolled. These measures are used to help prevent abuse and unauthorized use of shared licenses.

Our systems monitor relevant security and device-verification activity to detect attempts to circumvent our protection mechanisms. Attempts to spoof or falsify device information, bypass device verification, abuse the device enrollment or reset process, or share unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of the affected license without a refund, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

For shared accounts that require platform-level two-factor authentication, such as Steam Guard or similar verification systems, G2X Games may provide an automated service that retrieves and delivers the required login code to you.

This service is provided to help you complete authentication and access the shared account in accordance with these Terms and the applicable product instructions.

You must not misuse the automated code-delivery service, including by making excessive requests, attempting to obtain codes for unauthorized purposes, or attempting to access or extract underlying account credentials. Such misuse may result in suspension or termination of access to the affected license.

• Prices may be displayed in your selected or automatically detected currency, with support for currencies across multiple regions. Prices may vary based on applicable regional pricing.
• We accept payments through PayPal, cryptocurrency via Cryptomus, direct bank transfer, and wallet/store credit, depending on the payment options available for your order.
• Payments are ultimately processed in USD. If you view or pay for an order using another supported currency, the displayed or charged amount may differ slightly from the equivalent USD amount due to exchange-rate fluctuations or currency conversion. We update our exchange rates hourly to provide accurate currency conversion and pricing information.
• Bank transfers are manually verified. You may be required to upload valid proof of payment, such as a deposit slip or screenshot. Orders may remain pending until the payment proof has been reviewed and approved. Bank payment verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Repeated submission of fraudulent, altered, or invalid bank payment proof may result in cancellation of the affected order and suspension or termination of your account.
• Orders are generally fulfilled after payment has been successfully confirmed. Depending on the product, digital keys or account credentials may be delivered to your G2X Games library, and we may notify you through email or other available notification methods.

Store credit (“wallet balance”) may be issued in supported currencies, including LKR or USD, and may be used toward full or partial payment of future orders.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law or where we offer store credit as an alternative to a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds and warranty claims are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Refund Policy specifies the applicable refund eligibility requirements, warranty periods, exclusions, and procedures for requesting assistance.

We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to specific licenses where we reasonably determine that you have:

• Violated these Terms or applicable policies;
• Attempted to circumvent or interfere with device verification or license-enforcement systems;
• Engaged in payment fraud, including submitting fraudulent payment proof or conducting fraudulent chargebacks;
• Resold, sublicensed, or shared licensed access beyond the permitted use;
• Abused our support, refund, or automated login-code systems; or
• Engaged in conduct that materially threatens the security or operation of G2X Games.

Where appropriate, we may also take action against individual orders or licenses without terminating the entire account.

You agree not to:

• Use G2X Games for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, spoof, bypass, disable, or interfere with device verification or license-enforcement systems;
• Resell, sublicense, or share account credentials beyond what your purchase permits;
• Use automated tools to scrape our catalog or abuse our APIs or services;
• Attempt to obtain credentials, authentication codes, or other restricted information without authorization; or
• Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of G2X Games.

Game titles, artwork, trademarks, logos, software, and other third-party materials displayed on G2X Games remain the property of their respective publishers, developers, and rights holders.

Our platform content, including our website design, original text, branding, and other materials created by or for G2X Games, is owned by or licensed to Zapscal Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or additional rights in third-party intellectual property. Your rights to use purchased games or software are determined by the applicable license and terms of the relevant publisher or platform.

Activation and use of purchased games or software may require third-party platforms such as Steam, Epic Games, Ubisoft, EA, Battle.net, Xbox, or Rockstar Games.

These platforms are operated independently of G2X Games. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, policies, account restrictions, service interruptions, or changes to their terms.

G2X Games is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Except for any express warranties stated in our Refund Policy, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available, or that third-party platforms or services will remain available or compatible with your purchased product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G2X Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of G2X Games.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from third-party platform restrictions, loss of access to a third-party account, loss of game progress or data, or suspension resulting from your violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless G2X Games from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of a shared account, or violation of applicable third-party platform terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of G2X Games after revised Terms become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
